Did she chase butterflies? Because that's my favorite part of soccer.
No butterflies, but she did throw a lot of grass.
You cannot understand how hard it is for me to not be THAT mom. Because I am THAT mom at heart. I just want her to be the best at EVERYTHING. And my jaw hurt by the end of the game from smiling and not saying a word other than "Way to go!"
I love that intense look on her face drinking the water. It's as if she's saying "Yeah I earned this water, and at the next break I'll earn even more. Yeah I'm awesome now let's go break some kneecaps".
(Note I played defense in soccer on account of my fatness so breaking kneecaps is a perfectly acceptable soccer move).
Awesome soccer skills, it's the best way to play! The last picture is so cute, it must be so hard not using your mad throwing skills. Seriously, why kick when you can throw?
My fav thing about soccer was playing rock/paper/scissors with my teammate.
