I have not been blessed with visible talents.* Seriously--I just signed up for the ward talent show with my one skill: making waffles. The rest of the list is, like, poetry readings, songs, dances, and opera. And waffles. But I HAVE been blessed with friends who are CRAZY talented and love sharing with the world. And I get to watch. Lucky, lucky duck!
So when Deseret Book asked if I would be able to attend a screening for one of my favorite talented friends, I was heartbroken to have to say "I live in Georgia, so no." BUT then they said "It's ok, here is a screener and some swag and how about you do a give away?" and I said YES!
SO....
Have you met Lisa Valentine Clark? Have you watched Pretty Darn Funny? Because season two is HERE!!!!
I love it so much. I love it so much that I put up with the presence of her husband getting in the way of me watching All Lisa All the Time**.
And if watching PDF is not enough, this week Deseret Book wants to give one of you a copy of the new book Longing For Home: A Proper Romance. When you read it, you can imaging Lisa in all of the steamy*** scenes. To enter, just leave a comment. For more than one entry, like PDF on Facebook, follow PDF on twitter, or leave a comment on the YouTube page. Just leave me another comment telling me what you did. This giveaway ends Monday, when the NEXT episode airs!
And, finally, I leave you with, possibly, the greatest tribute to Lehi Roller Mills ever made:
*Unless you are using "talents" as an euphemism for "cleavage. " Then yes, blessed.
**Seriously, Topher, don't you have some food storage to sell or something?
***But not TOO steamy, that would be gross.
