Just returned from an amazing trip to Bullhead, Arizona. It was great. Full of family. And great.
Now I am making three million muffins and breads for the reception after W takes command. Anyone have any great recipes? I have done Blueberry, Donut, and Chocolate Yogurt a lot. They have to be able to be frozen, because the party isn't until Thursday.
I have no pictures because I returned that camera. Because I hated it. It made me really angry.
But when I am done baking, I will return.

Don't tell me you guys were in Bullhead the same weekend we were without telling me! We're so not talking now.
I've got a zucchini (sp?) and a banana muffin recipe both have mini chocolate chips in them.

I think the chocolate zucchini cake recipe would make great muffins and everybody loved them (coudn't even tell there were veggies in it).
