Oh dear! I did that when I was a kid too, and I turned out pretty awesome, so maybe you should be grateful because it seems she is well on her way to a future in awesomeness? It's just too bad you had to fish hairy scissors out of the toi-yet. I hope you get the chance to post pictures...
If she flushed them down, at least she can't get them to cut her hair anymore.
It's a rite of passage for a little girl.
My brother hacked off all my long locks when I was two. We're talking missionary cut short. Just in time for my passport photo that haunted me for another 10 years.
