I have been suffering from insomnia, as of late, and am trying just about anything to stop my mind from racing. Last night I figured that, since I was not going to sleep, I might as well get some work done. So I cleaned out my files. Not the files in my house, (which I am afraid to go near) but the files in my mind. This is what I tossed out:
1. The last Murder She Wrote I saw with the horrible Russian accents
2. Yahoo Serious
3. The name of that girl that I lived by in the dorms
4. Paris Hilton
5. Junior High
6. The fantasy conversation I have over and over again where I would dump my old boy friend before he dumps me
7. The lyrics to all of the musicals that I was in during High School
8. Reality Bites
9. How to operate a cash register at Payless, The Gap, Hogi Yogi, The Malt Shoppe, The Boy Scouts, and The Hearth Shoppe. (Yes, two different Shoppes.)
10. The year that Chelsea and I lived in the Glenwood
I found that by clearing these files out I was able to make room for the following:
1. The entire Clash of the Titans
2. The entire Royal Tennebaums Cd
Because, if I have to be up, I want to be watching Harry Hamlin and listening to Nico. And it put me to sleep.

I've aligned with Jenny, Reality Bites shouldn't have been thrown out. Maybe you could have tossed out Clerks or Mallrats?
I had no idea that you worked at the Malt Shoppe, which, because I'm old, I still refer to as Stevenette's.
It's a good thing The Gap went because I took a look at their registers and they've completely changed since I jockeyed for Banana.
We are indeed anachronisms.
I tossed out Reality Bites because I want to watch it again one day and be amused like I used to be, not irritated that it lied to me about college. This way it is all new. Good idea about Mallrats, though. Totally tossing that out. MMCHK MMMCHK MMMCHK MMCHK PRESSURE.
